Confit Garlic Oil

Whole garlic cloves, slowly roasted in olive oil at 135*C for two hours to achieve a deep rich flavour without the intensity of raw garlic. Each bottle contains at least a dozen soft buttery cloves, as well as up to 250ml of oil - perfect for dipping, on toast or to cook with.
